Jersey Deposit - $100 payment post-dated to March 31, 2011 must be included with registration. Volunteer Deposit - $100.00 post-dated to March 31, 2011 must be included with registration. Please refer to the Volunteer Form included with the registration package. Cheques will be given to team managers and will be processed should you not volunteer.
Full-time Goalies owning their own equipment qualify for a 50% reduction in registration fees.

Divisions that will be offered depend on registration and the rest of the league. Evaluation skates will be held in early September to determine team placement. All players will be placed on teams appropriate to their age, their individual skills as well as available space in each division. The season for the Initiation Division will run from October 2010 – February 2011.

New Players

Please provide two copies of the player's birth certificate and proof of residency. Provide two copies of a Hydro bill, Gas bill or Cable bill. Complete a Player Registration Certificate included in the Forms section of this website.

A carding fee of $50 must be included with the player registration. Please post-date this cheque for October 1, 2010. When the rosters for the carded teams are finalized, the carding fee will be cashed for those players that become part of the carded team. The carding fee will be destroyed for all other players.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be received in writing by email or faxed to 604-595-6834. Players withdrawing from SFHA prior to evaluations will receive a full refund. Players withdrawing prior to September 30, 2010 will have their refund reduced by $100 for ice costs, insurance and administration. Players withdrawing prior to October 31, 2010 will have their refund reduced by $175.00 for ice costs, insurance and administration. No refunds after October 31, 2010.
